照顧中途失明者之女性配偶的壓力與壓力因應

Stress and Coping Strategies for Females Caring for Adventitiously Blind Spouse

國內研究成少針對照顧中途失明者之女性配偶進行壓力與壓力因應的瞭解，故本研究透過深度 且半結構式訪談方式，進行資料收集與分析。旨在探討照顧中途失明者之女性配偶所面臨的壓力與 其壓力因應方式。結果呈現：(1)女性照顧者所面臨的壓力色括：家庭內在的壓力、個人內在的壓 力、生活經濟的壓力、社會價值觀的壓力、以及福利資源缺席的壓力。(2)因應壓力的方式﹔在情 緒層面的因應策略為：忍耐、逃避、妥協、認命、情緒宣洩、依賴宗教信仰、承擔等7 在認知層 面的因應策略上，女性照顧者以更寬廣的態度去面對，秉持著「取之於社會，用之於社會」的態度， 再去協助比他們更加困苦的弱勢族群。(3)婚姻處境對壓力因應的影響：照顧者於婚姻中的處境， 受其對婚姻的承諾、責任及性影響，讓其在照顧的歷程中，能勇於面對生活中的壓力事件。

There are few recent researches on females who take care of their adventitious blind spouse. Therefore， this research was an in-depth interview to determine their stress and stress coping strategies . Results indicated that: (1) Stress faced by female spouses include intrinsic family pressure， intrinsic personal pressure， financial pressure， social value pressure， and lack of welfare resource pressure; (2) Regarding stress coping strategy， emotion-perspective strategies are patient endurance， escape， compromise， acceptance of fate ， emotional venting， dependence on religious belief， and assumption of responsibility. In terms of cognition-perspective strategy， the female spouses assumed a more general attitude ， such as ＂taking from and giving to society＂ ; (3) Details of the finding suggest that the stress coping ability of female spouses are influenced by their marital situation . In addition ， responsibility， commitment， and marital resiliency helped care-giving wives cope with life stress.
