In this study, we discuss the relationship between informal science education and elementary school Teacher Inservice Training. We set a seies professional development strategies and programs for elementary school teachers inservice training. The professional development of teachers plays an important role in judging the quality of teachers. It is hard ωevaluate whether Teacher Inservice Training from informal science education organizations satisfy elementary school teachers. In order to check the effectiveness of science Teacher Inservice Training, we search the literature for reference and then sent out survey questionaries to teachers. The results of survey were discussed with professors and experts in a round table discussion and ask for opinions and advice. According to advice given by experts, we provide relative tactics of Teacher Inservice Training to National Taiwan Science Eeducation Center, as well as providing relative proposal for informal science education organizations. |
