大葉桑寄生之化學成分研究

Investigation of Chemical Components from Scurrula Liquidambaricolus (H ayata) Danser

大葉象寄生為台灣之固有種。寄生類藥材為本經上品。歷代醫家用於強筋骨、去風濕、安胎、下乳等。文獻亦有報告具有降血壓及利尿作用。本文於其化學成分研究，在葉中發現β-amyrin acetate, ethyl gallate, (+)-catechin, quercetin, quercitrin和quercetin-3-O-abinofuranoside 和莖中ethyl gallate, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-arabinofuranoside 及kaempfer-o1。其中ethyl gallate, (+)-catechin和quercetin-3-O-β-D-arabinofuranoside為首次自此植物分得。

Scurrula liquidanibaricolus (Hayata) Danser, ”Chi-Shen” of the Chinese herb, we have identified β-amyrin acetate, ethyl gallate, (+)-catechin, quercetin, quercitrin, and qucrcetin-3-O-β-D-arabinofuranosidc from the leaf and ethyl gallate, quercetin, kaempferol and qucrcciin-3-O-β-D-arabinofuranoside from the stem. Ethyl gallate, (+)-catechin, and qucrccLin-3-O-β-D-arabinofuranoside were first isolated from this plant.
