Computer Software for Acupoints Selection in Chronomedicine

將時間醫學中有關針灸選穴的理論及臨床使用時的繁複運其化為電腦程式，成為臨床上極為方便使用的軟體，俾供針灸臨床選穴配方有一便利的工具，以增進針灸之療效。該軟體的主要骨架是由子午流注、靈龜八法以及飛騰八法所構成。各種方法都只需鍵入時間，便可迅速地找到所開的穴位。其中，在子午流注法中更可藉夫妻合日互用法及十二正經子母補瀉法來補充一日中有些時辰不開穴的不足。本軟體有三項特色，第一，醫者可依患者之病症反推查穴，而制定出治療計劃時間表。其次，在設計程式時常考應到使用者親合性的問題，故其操作相當簡易。第三，此軟體的運算顯示結果極為快速而且準確。

The complex theories of acupuncture time-therapy were adapted to a series of computer programs. This software provides a convenient tool for clinical practitioners and those doing theoretical research. The main structure of this software consists of Zi Wu Liu Zhu (子午流注), Ling Gui Ba Fa (靈龜八法) and Fei Teng Ba Fa (飛騰八法). Users can find the ”open points” quickly as long as they key in the necessary time data. Moreover in Zi Wu Liu Zhu method, users can make up for the problem of points not being open in one day by the Husband-and-Wife Substitution Method (夫妻互用取代法) and Zi Mu Pu Hsieh Substitution Metrhod (子母補瀉取代法). This software has three features. Firstly, the user can select acupuncture points by disease patterns, so as to devise a treatment schedule. Secondly, ”user friendliness” was considered in these programs, and operation is very easy. Thirdly, the software provides a quick and accurate calculations.
