從「真、善、美、聖」談專業素養

A Study on the Professional Literacy–on the Basis of Truth, Goodness, Beauty, and Holiness.

人因具有靈魂與肉體相結合之生命結構，在此結構基礎上，擁有了感性的生命能力、慾望的生命能力及理性的生命能力。因著前述三種生命能力造就了「認知、慾望、藝術與宗教」四種生存活動。其中認知生存活動是以「真」為其範疇與目標，慾望生存活動是以「善」為其範疇與目標，藝術生存活動是以「美」為其範疇與目標，宗教生存活動是以「聖」為其範疇與目標。人因充分發揮其感性、慾望與理性之生命能力並積極從事「認知、慾望、藝術與宗教」四種生存活動，因而造就了璀璨的文化與文明並開顯了「真、善、美、聖」之生命特質。人的生存活動隨著人的「生活世界」之需求，逐漸朝專業化發展。在專業化的發展過程中，大學的專業教育扮演著關鍵的角色，它必須為各專業化所屬領域培植所需之專業人員。尤其在現代人類的生活世界裡，日新月異的數位化科技與以功利主義為核心價值的資本主義相結合之社會，所需求的是能發揮人的「真、善、美、聖」之生命特質的專業人員，這種專業人員就是具備專業素養的專業人員。而如何培植具備「真、善、美、聖」專業素養的專業人員正是大學教育及相關教育機構刻不容緩的使命。

People who has the structure of life which combines soul with body, based on this structure, with the ability of sensitive life, desirous life and rational life. Because of aforementioned three ability of life create 'cognition, desire, art and religion' four lived activities. The category and objective of cognition lived activity is truth. The category and objective of desire lived activity is goodness. The category and objective of art lived activity is beauty. The category and objective of religion lived activity is holiness. People who gave full play to his the ability of sensitive life, desirous life and rational life, and actively engaged in' cognition, desire, art and religion' four lived activities, so that could create a splendid culture and civilization, and disclose a ' truth , goodness, beauty and holiness ' characteristics of life. The lived activity of people is along with people's 'life world' demand, gradually towards professional development. In the process of professional development, professional education of university plays a key role, it must cultivate professional staff for the specialization field .Especially in modern human life world, the society become rapidly changing of science and technology combines with the capitalism which in values of the view of utilitarianism, so that needs professional staff who can give full play to the 'truth, goodness, beauty and holiness' characteristics of life. Such professional staffs are equipped with professional literacy. How to cultivate professional staffs who can equip 'truth, goodness, beauty and holiness' professional literacy is an urgent mission for university education and related educational institutions.
