It is the key point of enterprise of maintaining enterprise sustainable operation based on the human elements, including the employment, position decision and reward provided. The enterprise culture comprises the philosophy of the creator's managing policies and the pursuit of the value of work for an employee, and the interaction of these two aspects. Every enterprise has its own standard of employee's achievement, which leads to various enterprise cultures in Taiwan. From the aspect of employee, to follow the business ethics loyally should become the main content of enterprise culture. Take Tainan enterprise group for an example, they pursued good quality, good service and good credibility. Ta Tung enterprise group emphasized employee's attitude on frugality and loyalty. Shin Kong enterprise group put emphasis on the work ethics and the harmonious relationship. The above values of business ethics lead to the highest efficiency for the both enterprise owner and their employees. Some scholars indicated that the reasons of the quick economic growth in Taiwan after 1950s are associated with Chinese traditional Confucianism, which emphasized family harmony and different social relationships, and also include the united consciousness of Japanese culture. |
