實習是幼兒保育系學生認識職場的情境與生態的重要歷程,經由實習輔導教師的班級,實習生可將學校所學運用在真實幼兒園教學的情境中。本研究目的為探究幼兒園實習輔導教師的實習輔導經驗與歷程,以及對幼兒保育實習課程之觀點。本研究以半結構性訪談八位實習輔導教師,研究結果顯示:擔任實習輔導教師的獲益包含自我收穫、成就感、與友誼;實習輔導經驗中的困難面可分為實習生態度面向、及時間面向;實習輔導教師扮演的角色可歸納為示範者、專業上的引導者、及情感上的支持者與鼓勵者;實習輔導教師認為實習目的可歸納為認識職場、評估自我、理論與實務之整合、及幼保專業之學習。
英文摘要
Practicum is an important process for the students from the Department of Child Care and Education to understand the environment and ecology of working place. Through the classes of internship supervisor in preschool, students have the chances to apply their theories and knowledge in a real teaching context. The purpose of this study was to explore the practicum process and experiences of internship supervisor in preschools, as well as the viewpoints toward practicum. Eight internship supervisor were interviewed. The results indicated that the benefits as the internship supervisor including self gain, achievement, and friendship. The internship supervisor’ difficulties experiences during practicum process were the aspect of students and aspect of time. The roles of internship supervisor were demonstrators, the professional inductors, and the emotional supports and encouragers. The purpose of practicum from internship supervisor can be summarized as four areas: understanding workplace, self-assessment, the integration of theory and practice, and professional learning.
