高中職進修與夜間部學生的組成較為多元且複雜,近年來其偏差行為發生頻繁且案情愈加嚴重,惟國內針對此一族群的相關研究甚少,突顯針對影響其出現偏差行為之成因及現況進行全面性瞭解的重要與急迫性。本研究主要自高中職進修與夜間部輔導老師與校務主任的觀點出發,探究我國目前公私立高中職進修部與夜間部學生偏差行為之現況與成因,及了解高中職進修部與夜間部學校學生偏差行為輔導工作執行之挑戰與困難。透過研究發現,本研究提出未來我國在公私立高中職進修部與夜間部學校推行輔導及預防學生偏差行為之策略方向與建議,以供地方學校與教育決策機關參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Recently, there are more deviant behaviors happened at continuing high school level. However, there is very few of research regarding this specific group of students. Especially, the student body is more diverse at continuing high school level, which makes it crucial to inquire the causes and current condition of student´s deviant behaviors. This research adopts in-depth interviews with guidance teachers and the directors at participant continuing high schools/ vocational schools to understand the relevant issues regarding the causes of student´s deviant behaviors, the corresponding mentoring strategies, and the challenges and difficulties during the process. According to the research finding, the research proposes suggestions for continuing high schools/ vocational schools and policy makers to further improve the student guidance process and prevent such deviant behaviors |
