In the face of the demands from a large number of users, what assistance can urologists offer? This article will focus on the relationship among men, their partners, Viagra, urologists and treatment of sexual dysfunction, and finally attempt to discuss the views raised by the public health scholars who claim that Viagra as a lifestyle medicine would cause harm to health care system. The purpose of this paper is to explain the relations among sex, Viagra and masculinity to the readers, and hope the urologists can have a closer understanding of those whom they serve with an aim for a happier sexual life in diverse forms.
