Construct a Bridge Among Nursing Theory, Research and Practice

護理理論、研究與實務的關係是非常密切且複雜，理論由實務中產生，經由研究使其完善，之後必須再回到臨床實務中，沒有理論基礎的研究或沒有研究基礎的實務都可能扼殺了護理專業，因此，唯有護理理論、研究與實務三者能緊密連結相互應證，護理知識與專業得以提升。本文提出四種策略可以有效的整合並縮小護理理論、研究與實務的差距，包括字彙的選擇與溝通、理論必須以實務為基礎、發展中型理論、將護理理論融入護理課程。

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the strategies of integration nursing theory, research and practice. The relationship between theory, practice and research is indeed very complex. Theory is born in practice, is refined in research, and must and can return to practice. The three needs to be strong and skilled, research with weak theory or practice with weak research would be the death-knell of nursing as a discipline. It is important to keep these three components closely and ensure that they interact appropriately, in order to promote nursing discipline. The author proposes four key strategies could used to provide solutions to integrate nursing theory, research and practice, and restrict the theory-practice gap: vocabulary and communication; model or theory based practice; development of middle range theory; and a new pedagogy for nursing curriculum.
