妊娠劇吐照護之省思

Reflections on Caring for Hyperemesis Gravidarum

孕期噁心嘔吐是懷孕婦女最早且最普遍面臨的一個經驗，然而，持續地噁心嘔吐甚至進展為妊娠劇吐時，不僅婦女在懷孕過程中充滿負向的感受，甚至會威脅母親與胎兒的生命。本文藉由「認識妊娠劇吐」、「妊娠劇吐非藥物及藥物處置」及「適時合宜之照護措施」等文獻探討與近期醫護研究的實證資料，增進健康照護人員對妊娠劇吐之全盤性的瞭解，以提供孕婦適切的照護措施，協助孕婦擁有一個順利而正向的懷孕生產經驗。

The syndromes of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy are common and one of the earliest pregnancy phenomena among women. If these symptoms progress to hyperemesis gravidarum, they not only exert a negative perception during the course of the pregnancy, but may also affect the lives of both the mother and her unborn fetus. In this article, a literature reviews covering“hyperemesis gravidarum”,“nonpharmacological and pharmacological management of hyperemesis gravidarum”, and“the provision of timely and adequate care for hyperemesis gravidarum”was carried out. This background is discussed in depth in relationship to the provision of medical and nursing care. The aim is for the research findings to enable healthcare providers to obtain a comprehensive understanding of hyperemesis gravidarum. All of these factors will help institutions to provide adequate care for pregnant women and help them to have a smooth and positive pregnant experience.
