一位頸椎退化性關節疾病年輕患者之護理經驗

Nursing Experience of Caring a Young Patient with Degenerative Joint Disease of Cervical Spine

本文探討一位頸椎退化性關節疾病年輕患者因面臨頸椎手術治療，一連串生、心、社會之衝擊而產生疼痛、焦慮與知識缺失等健康問題。筆者在主護護理期間92年1月2日~1月18日運用會談、觀察及傾聽等技巧收集資料；藉由羅氏適應模式評估、分析及歸納。給予個案個別性、整體性的護理活動，協助個案面對生理、心理、社會衝擊，並協助個案迎接疾病挑戰，重返家庭、社會。使個案的不適症狀獲得緩解，提昇個案及家屬對疾病的認識和照護能力，進而改善生活品質。希望藉此個案之護理經驗分享，提供護理人員在照顧此類病患之參考。

The article discribed the nursing experience of a young patient with degenerative joint disease (DJD) of cervical spine who had recieved the surgery. During the caring period (January 2, 2003 ~January 18, 2003), the author applied Roy's adaptation model to determine the nursing problems including physiological and psychosocial aspects: pain,anxiety, knowledge deficit. The author used the unique and integrated nursing interventions to reduce the patient's physical discomfort, help the patient and his family face the challenge of DJD, and increase adaptation in order to improve the quality of life. It is hoped that the nursing experience will be reference for nursing colleagues in the future.
