Ying-Fan-Hang’s Daughter: Passing through Poverty and Sexual Morality Oppression

我生長在一個二十個孩子的貧窮家庭，貧困及同父異母手足相處的痛苦記憶，讓我藉由求學與婚姻的過程一直希望掙脫。直到十多年前開始經歷了對家庭經驗重新框定之後，影響到往後生涯的選擇，開始在社區中從事婦女教育及社會工作。本文呈現重新理解後第一次及第四次書寫的的家庭故事，並回顧得以重說故事的歷程，這不僅是筆者自身通過的意義而已，更是身為一個教育工作者，在協助他人時所該關切的。

I grew up in a poverty-stricken family with twenty children; the bitter memories of poverty and relationships with half-siblings urged me to search for salvation through education and marriage. It wasn’t until more than ten years ago, following the framing my family experience, did my career choice change completely. I began to take part in women's education and social work in the community. This article presents the first and fourth writing of my family stories after reframing, and the processes involved in the re-telling of my stories. Such processes not only led to personal salvation, but also generated ideas for how to help others as an educator.
