本文以行動研究方法之核心概念「行動中認識」為軸線，藉由作者對自敘故事文本的反映討論，進行對「敘說探究」、「對行動反映」、「視框分析」與「行動中反映」等一組概念的說明。

In this article, the major concept in action research-'knowing -in-action' is elaborated by the author's self-narrative story.By means of a reflective discussion to the self-narrative story, the following concepts (narrative inquiry, reflective-on-action, frame-analysis, the path of inquiry , reflection-in-action.) is illustrated by the author .
