Buddhist practice helped the author overcome her existence anxiety, and lead her to serve the Taipei Buddhist Guanyin Counseling Center, and also helped her comprehend action research more. This article is the reflection on the process that how the author became a Buddhist, how she commit herself to action research, and reflection on the experience that the author as a founding member and the executive secretary of the Taipei Buddhist Guanyin Counseling Center. By doing this to show how the life development, professional practice, and knowledge construction, are related to each other. |
