身體心像紊亂之概念分析

Concept Analysis of Body Image Disturbance

在臨床實務中，病人會因疾病或治療過程而造成其身體結構、功能、外觀之改變而使其身體心像產生干擾，護理人員應具備高度敏感性，評估病人身體心像紊亂之問題，以提供適切、個別性之護理照護。本文依據Walker和Avant(1995)所提出的概念分析方法來進行「身體心像紊亂」的概念分析，其目的在於界定此概念之適當定義、屬性，提出典型、邊緣及相反案例比較說明，確認其前因及後果，以及列舉出常見之實證性參考指標。期能透過此概念分析，有助於護理臨床實務及未來研究之應用。

In nursing practice, individual’s perception of the structure, function and the appearance of body can be influenced by disease and the process of treatment. Nurses have to be highly sensitive to assess the patient’s body image disturbance during individual care. The purpose of this study was using the method outlined by Walker and Avant to analyze the concept of body image disturbance. This concept analysis is to determine the defining attributes, to construct model, related, borderline, and contrary cases, and identify antecedents and consequences. Empirical references are also outlined. This analysis may be useful not only to nursing practice but also to developing research projects.
