心輸出量減少是指心臟射出的血量減少，無法維持組織灌流的臨床狀況，前負荷、後負荷、心臟收縮力、心跳速率與節律及心臟本身構造與心輸出量息息相關。心輸出量減少所引發的臨床症狀不僅危害病患生命，也同時考驗著醫護人員的能力，因此本文除了介紹心輸出量減少的定義、造成因素與影響結果外，對於臨床處置與護理措施亦多著墨，期望能提供護理人員對此臨床問題深入的認識。

Decreased cardiac output (DCO) is a clinical condition in which the amount of blood ejection from the ventricle can not maintain adequate tissue perfusion. It is related to preload, afterload, cardiac contractility, heart rate, and heart structure. The clinical manifestations of DCO endanger patient’s life. It is a challenge for medical professional to deal with these manifestations. This article introduces DCO definition, related factors and results of DCO, clinical treatment, and nursing intervention. We hope this article can provide nursing professionals with knowledge about the nursing care of DCO patients.
