This case report described the nursing experience of caring a premature delivery patient with systemic lupus erythematosus. From April 21 to May 10, 2006, the author used the Gorden 11- item Functional Health Pattern for identification of health problems. Information were collected by observation , support, and interview. The findings included fluid volume deficit, body image disturbance, and the change of parent/infant/child attachment. Nursing care included relieving patient's edema and dyspnea sign, and helping her increase parent/infant/child attachment. This article shared the nursing experience and process of patient care. |
