Using Transtheoretical Model to Develop a Protocol for Diet Behavioral Modification in Patients with Diabetes

具備自我管理的糖尿病患者在成功的治療過程中扮演很重要的角色。在糖尿病治療方法中，飲食控制是所有治療的基石，然而許多研究顯示飲食控制在糖尿病自我照顧中成效是最差的。本文採用跨理論模式為基礎，設計糖尿病患者飲食行為修正方案，協助糖尿病患者控制血糖。

Self-management of diabetic patient plays a very important role for successful glycemic control. Diet control has been a major element in diabetic treatment. However, studies reported that diet control is the most difficult self-management activity for diabetic patients. Based on the transtheoretical model, we designed a behavioral modification protocol for diabetic patients to control their diet. This protocol could probably be useful in glycemic control as well.
