邊緣型人格違常之臨床症狀與照護

Clinical Manifestations and Nursing Care of the Borderline Personality Disorder

邊緣型人格違常(borderline personality disorder)，是一種會造成自身及身邊的人重大痛苦的疾病，現今社會常見有人重複的出現自殺及自傷行為，此類人多數有邊緣型人格違常問題，然而國內對於邊緣型人格違常護理照護文獻鮮少，本文將對於此疾患的診斷準則、臨床症狀及治療加以分析，對其自殘、操控、被遺棄感及認同障礙之照護方法進行了解，以增加臨床照護此類個案的參考，以期能改善此類個案及周遭人的生活品質，並降低社會及醫療的成本。

People with borderline personality disorder were much troublesome between themselves and others. Recurrent self-damaging and suicidal behaviors were their characteristics. Few review articles have discussed about nursing care for borderline personality disorder. We reviewed management of selfmutilating behavior, manipulation, abandonment, and identity disturbance of the borderline personality disorder based on the analysis of diagnostic criteria, clinical symptoms, and treatment. We brought up some strategies to enhance the quality of life of patients with this disorder and lower societal and medical costs.
