護專學生防禦性悲觀、自我跛足策略對內外科學習投入及成果之影響

The Impact of Defensive Pessimist and Self-handicapping Strategies on Nursing Students’ Learning Involvement and Performance

近年因護理人員處理程序失當所引發的護理學生培育問題頗受社會關注。研究者實務上亦發現不少學生面對學習困難即以逃避的心態因應學習任務，令人感到惋惜。因此本研究目的在探討護專學生常見的避免學習策略對其學習歷程及結果之影響。本研究以416名五專護理科學生為受試者，經自編量表施測、迴歸分析與結構方程模式分析，研究結果顯示：1.防禦期望、防禦反思、取得跛足及精熟投入對學業成就具有顯著的直接效果。2.防禦反思及取得跛足會透過精熟投入而間接影響學業成就。3.本研究所建立的徑路模式適配度尚稱理想。

Several recent improper nursing practices have raised public concerns about nursing education. The author has observed many nursing students nowadays using avoiding strategies when they were facing difficult tasks. This study explored the impact of nursing students avoiding strategies on learning involvement and performance. The sample consisted of 416 students and the data were analyzed by stepwise regression and SEM. The results of this study showed that 1.Defensive expectation, defensive reflectivity, acquired handicap, and master involvement predicted performance directly. 2.By means of master involvement, defensive reflectivity and acquired handicap predicted performance indirectly. 3. The path model moderately fitted the observed data.
