青少年產婦產後期自我照顧的經驗

The Self Care Experiences during Postpartum Period of Teenage Girls

本研究採質性研究法，目的探討青少年產婦在產後期中自我照顧的經驗及需求，共有十五位產婦於產後6週接受訪問，運用錄音記錄及內容分析法進行資料分析。結果顯示：青少年產後期自我照顧經驗的構成要素有五：(1)身體照顧資訊的不確定感。(2)對產後狀況的不滿意感。(3)消極性的自我照顧行為。(4)被動的人際互動。(5)努力嘗試武裝自我。研究結果可供臨床護理人員更深入了解青少年產婦產後期自我照顧的感受，作為產後護理之參考。

The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore the self care experiences of teenage women during postpartum period. Fifteen teenage girls were recruited and interviewed on the 42nd day after labor. Data were collected by tape-recording the contents of the semi-structured interview and analyzed by content analysis. The results showed that the self care experiences of teenage girls during postpartum period included: (1) concerns about insufficient health care information; (2) unsatisfied with current situation; (3) negative attitude toward self-care behaviors; (4) passive social isolation; and (5) engaging in self- defensive behaviors. The findings of this study provide references in assisting teenage girls in postpartum adjustment.
