金門古蹟與建築的文創活化再思

金門相關研究有「金門學」之稱，自軍管制度的解除與戰地政務終止迄今，二十多年來，透過文創產業乃至觀光旅遊的帶動，金門在地文化開始被得知，也已經成為熱門的旅遊重點。然而以政策規劃而言，新公共價值的再創造，致令政策得到更好的績效，必須不斷思考的重點。在當前金門眾多的文創品項之中，關於建築與古蹟的文創，始終停留於靜態觀賞、聆聽的態勢，如何能夠跳脫此靜態而片面的感官感受，進而讓古蹟與建築物得以活化？本文以全球在地化的視角，重新審視金門現有的古蹟與建築物。

How can escape this static and one-sided sense, thereby allowing the monuments and buildings to be activated? Taking a global perspective of the ground, re-examine the existing monuments and buildings of Kinmen.
