Latin American Transitional Justice

80 年代起拉丁美洲國家歷經第三波民主化浪潮後進入政治轉型，紛紛就轉型前軍政府、內戰或獨裁政府時期大規模人權侵害事件，成立真相調查委員會。本研究整理拉丁美洲十五國真相調查委員會的成立、運作和最終調查報告結果，觀察各國人權暴力產生的類型，調查後處理的過程，並關注受害者及家屬、人權組織、非政府組織和法界人士的努力，藉由進入司法過程的案例辦理方式，理解拉美轉型正義進行的概況。

After the third wave of democratization, Latin American countries experienced political transformation since 1980s. For those abuse and large-scale human rights violations events which occurred during the civil war, dictatorship or military ex-governments, new governments set up the truth investigation commission in succession. This study sorts briefly on the process, operation and the final report of fifteen Latin American countries' truth investigation commission. Observing the different type of human right violence in those countries and the government processed after investigation. Notice the efforts of victims and their families, human rights organizations, non-governmental organizations and the legal profession.
