This section concentrates on the visual communication design of the 'pavilion' and 'facility' of the expo. Research results indicate; (1) the design of the pavilion, exposition and facility were quite well-organized, successfully combining Western and Japanese styles and visual symbols of Taiwan, representing a work of division of labor and specialists; (2) besides demonstrating achievements in construction during the colonization, the exposition design has also included images of Japanese imperialism to show her great expectation; and, (3) the participation of enterises have enabled a multiplicity in the available facilities. |
