產品設計評價模式研究——側重不同專業角度之設計評價決策——

A Study of Product Design Evaluation：Emphasizing on the Viewpoints of Multi-disciplinary Professional Involving in Design Evaluating Decision-making

本文旨在確立產品設計評價之影響因素，界定評價類別與型態，並檢視不同專業人員參與設計評價時之影響，經由初期深入訪談法，界定了二十項產品評價決策之考慮因素，再經調查法調查不同職務受測者對於不同專業立場者之設計評價觀點，其主要結論計有：（1）界定設計評價影響因素為設計屬性、管理屬性、行銷屬性與消費屬性等評價類別；（2）設計經驗多者以及具管理職者有較大的設計評價決策強度；（3）設計專業人員應進一步了解其他專業人仕在設計評價時之觀點與考量重點；（4）提出六種不同型態之評價群體： 「全面統合之評價者」、「領袖意見追隨評價者」、「價值型消費導向評價者」、「目標型消費導向評價者」、「個人主義型評價者」、「創新追隨型評價者」；（5）提出「階段性提醒式評價模式」與「專業加權之設計評價方式」，以發揮設計評價的決策效能。

The purposes of this study were to identify the criteria, types and means of design evaluation. The viewpoints of multi-disciplinary professional involving in design evaluating decision-making were examined as well. The deep-interview and survey were conducted to collect data and SPSS program was adopted to assist data analysis. The study, finally, identified twenty evaluating criteria and proposes six types of evaluating groups. It also suggests a reminding evaluation mode in design process and a concept of professional weighted system in order to enhance the validity of product design evaluation.
