Repigmentation of Vitiligo Following Transplantation of Autologous Cultured Melanocytes

黑色素細胞移植在穩定性白斑的治療上已經被證明有效，在各種不同方法中，使用培養的自體黑色素細胞懸浮液移植到磨皮處理過的白斑上，可以提供更多的黑色素細胞，以及均勻的皮膚膚色。因此我們使用此項有前景的方法，治療一位患有穩定性白斑多年的男性病患。經過七個月的追蹤觀察，其治療結果非常令人滿意。

Transplantation of melanocytes has been proved to be much valuable in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Among the different procedures, the application of suspensions of autologous cultured melanocytes to the dermabrased depigmented skin is proven to be superior in being able to provide a larger number of melanocytes and a more homogeneous skin color. We used this promising procedure for the treatment of a male patient with stable vitiligo. A satisfactory result was obtained after follow-up of 7 months.
