醫療科技的進步以及社會變遷等因素使得臨床護理環境日益複雜。加上護理專業教、考、用產生斷層，致使護理界新手在學校所接受的知識與培養的能力不足以因應變化快速的臨床環境，導致護理新兵到臨床後短期即夭折，無法成功留任，造成臨床職業環境日益惡化，也浪費多年專業教育所投注的心力。本文剖析臨床現有的人才培育問題，深入瞭解此問題的導因，並提出因應的策略建言，期能提供職場與學界制定相關政策之參考。

With the development of advanced medical technology and changing societal values, the clinical nursing practice environment has become more complicated and multifaceted. Moreover, the gaps between nursing education, professional certification, and clinical reality may result in novice nurses' failing to adapt rapidly to the changing environment of a clinical nursing practice. The impacts of these issues include increasing nurse turnover rates, worsening clinical nursing practice environment, and wasted investment on nursing education. This article explores the issues concerning to the current cultivation of nursing professionals, analyzes the root factors of these issues, and makes strategic suggestions for academic and clinical nursing leaders to consider while developing relevant policies in the future.
