建構實證護理期刊讀書會的經驗分享

An Experience-Sharing of Establishing an Evidence-Based Nursing Journal Study Club

國內近年來積極推動實證照護的概念與實務應用，然而實證照護執行過程中有其阻力與困難，實證護理期刊讀書會是推動成功的因應策略之一，能強化護理師閱讀及評讀期刊文獻的能力，並可學習如何將實證知識應用於臨床的過程與技巧。本文旨在介紹文獻中實證護理期刊讀書會的特性、執行原則與架構，並分享在醫院護理單位讀書會模式的建構及執行經驗，此模式涵蓋了準備期及三部份的執行期：「由臨床情境到實證問題」、「實證文獻搜尋」、「文獻評讀與應用」等，共四個階段，並以相關評讀工具及讀書會評值表輔助進行。實施後臨床護理人員可熟悉以實證護理步驟解決臨床問題的經驗，透過小組腦力激盪與分享，亦可減低對於學習實證護理的不安與恐懼。

Recently, Taiwan has been facilitating the practice of evidence-based nursing. However, resistance and several obstacles have made the process of implementation particularly challenging. A successful strategy to facilitate evidence-based nursing practice is establishing a nursing journal study club to enhance nurses’ ability to read nursing research articles with a critical eye and apply the learned knowledge in clinical practice to better their skills. Based on literature review, this article introduces the features, implementing principles, and structure of an evidence-based nursing journal study club (EBNJSC). The author describes a feasible model of EBNJSC that has been implemented in the nursing department. This model consists of a preparatory phase and three implementation stages: ＂from clinical situation to evidence-based problem＂, ＂evidence-based literature review＂ and ＂literature critiques and application＂. The model also includes additional critique and evaluation tools. The EBNJSC helps nurses become familiar with the process of practicing evidence-based nursing in the clinical problem-solving context. Furthermore, the team’s brainstorming and experience-sharing lowered their anxiety and fear of learning evidence-based nursing practice.
