An Introduction of Family Nursing Models

好的健康結果是建立在相關家庭護理模式的使用，本文章回顧2004－2013年間相關的家庭護理模式，以CINAHL資料庫英文文獻為主。相關模式包括卡加立家庭護理模式、家庭夥伴關係模式、家庭中心球體環境模式、賦權模式、難民家庭介入模式，此外有使用在護理教育上的家庭個案模式與整合性精神健康模式。在現有家庭護理照護模式之下，未來研究應該要增加模式的效度及促進模式的一致性。

Utilization of family nursing models may facilitate good healthcare outcomes. This article reviews family nursing models related literatures of the years of 2004 to 2013 from the CINAHL databases. Related family nursing models include Calgary Family Nursing Model, Family Partnership Model, Concentric Sphere Environment Model, Empowerment Model, Refugee Family Intervention Model. In addition, there are Family Case Model and Integrated Mental Health Model applied in nursing education. Approaches to each family nursing care are discussed. Within current available family nursing models, future studies should increase the effectiveness and promote the consistence of these models.
