This study focuses on social enterprises, in the case of 'Multi-Employment Promotion Programs' for example. The study try to find out the most appropriate rewards to social enterprises with organizations to encourage employees and promote organizations' development. The research methods of Interview, Case study, Document Analysis are used to explore the rewards systems. Especially in the case of social enterprise-XX association, through interview members in the association, we collect their minds of the different rewards (financial/non-financial), then, arrange these information to compare with the reference about rewards, definite financial/non-financial rewards, as the result, concerning which is more effective. The study gives two results to social enterprises for encouraging the employees. First, the rewards (financial/non-financial) of social enterprises will promote organizations' development. Second, the non-financial rewards will be more effective in encouraging the employees. This case study may be an example for other social enterprises. |
