Based on the exiting study, this paper analyzes the impact of person-organization fit on pay satisfaction with empirical research method. The results confirm that the dimensions of person-organization fit have positive effects on every dimension of pay satisfaction, especially, the ”external adaptation” has positive impact on pay level satisfaction significantly, the ”stability” has positive impact on pay structure satisfaction, the ”stability” and ”performance orientation” have positive effect on pay system satisfaction, and ”the staff respects” also shows positive effect on pay form satisfaction. This paper also puts forward some managerial implication suggestion about HRM according the results. |
