公共圖書館成人學習資源網路建立之研究－－以臺北市及臺北縣為例

A Study in Setting up Adult Learning Resources Network for Public Libraries -- Select the Public Libraries of Taipei City and Taipei Country as Example

今日公共圖書館已是成人進行自我導向終身學習的重要機構，以公共圖書館作為成人學習資源中心是今後圖書館之發展方向。為使成人獲得充份之學習資源及資訊，圖書館間之館際合作、資源共享之觀念必須加以推廣，有鑑於此，本研究以台北地區（台北市及台北縣）各公共圖書館為對象，規劃出台北地區公共圖書館成人學習資源網路之雛形，以為將來建立區域及全國公共圖書館成人學習資源網路之參考。為發展此一網路雛形，本研究除對國內外成人學習理論、公共圖書館為成人學習中心及圖書館資訊網路之文獻加以蒐集分析探討外，並蒐集國內外有關公共圖書館成人學習資源中心及圖書館資訊網路之現況作為規劃成人學習資源中心網路之參考。此一成人學習資源網路雛形之規劃，包含網路建立之考慮事項、系統功能定位、系統架構及其效益。由本研究結論，公共圖書館成人學習資源網路之建立有其必要，本研究所規劃之台北地區公共圖書館成人學習資源網路雛形可作為有關單位將來建立全國或區域性公共圖書館成人學習資源網路之參考。

Today's public library has been the major institution for adult to proceed self-directed, lifelong learning. Library as adult learning center will be the major direction of future library development. To enable adult to get more abundant learning resource and its related information, the idea of inter-libraries cooperation and resource sharing has to be well extended. Therefore, a prototype of adult learning resource network for public libraries of Taipei area (Taipei City and Taipei County) is planned in this study. To develop such a prototype of network, the study not only collect and analysis domestic and foreign literature related to the theoiy of adult learning and concept of library network but also collect domestic and foreign developmental status of public libraries as adult learning resource center and public library network for reference.The planning of the prototype of network including four major parts, i.e. considerations in setting up adult learning resource network, orientation of the function of network system, structure of networking system and its benefit. Through this study, It is found that the adult learning resource network for public library is necessaiy and the prototype of adult learning resource network for public libraries of Taipei area as planned in this study could be a reference in the future to develop regional or nationalwide adult learning resource network for public libraries.
