網球休閒活動參與者遊憩衝突之研究

A Study of Recreational Conflicts among Participants in Tennis Recreational Activities

本研究主要目的是探討影響運動公園網球休閒活動參與者對遊憩衝突的感受，以及分析不同購票入場類型的網球休閒活動參與者在遊憩衝突認知上的差異，地點選定為羅東運動公園網球場，園區具有多樣化的運動設施提供不同類型的運動喜好者參與，為一全國知名的運動遊憩地區。本研究對現場網球休閒活動參與者實施問卷調查，計發出問卷182份，回收問卷178份，有效問卷170份，透過次數分配、平均數、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示，網球休閒活動參與者以中年已婚高學歷為主，參與活動以購買日票入場活動者居多，參與量以一個月9次以上者居多，全體衝突感受上略微明顯，不同年齡層及不同月收入的受訪者在遊憩衝突感受上有顯著差異，不同購票入場活動參與者及參與量參與者在遊憩衝突感受上有顯著差異存在。建議未來規劃、管理運動公園網球場時，宜考慮劃分衝突感受高的活動類型之活動區域，適度規範參與者的行為，減少參與者的衝突感受，提升其滿意度。

This study investigates participants' feelings toward recreational conflicts and analyzes the differences from various participants reactions to of recreational conflict. The site for this study was the tennis court of Lo Tung Sports Park in Ilan, which provides diversified recreational sports and wide range of recreational facilites. A questionnaire survey collected data from various participants of tennis recreational activities. There were 170 valid replies. The statistical methods included frequency distribution, mean, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results show that most participants are mid-life and highly educated. Most people participated in tennis recreational activities more than nine times a month. The results of all subjects presented slightly conflict feelings, while different ages, incomes, participating types and times produced are differences. The result suggested that when recreational tennis courts are planned and administrated, the conflicts among various tennis recreational activities should be separated into high conflict recreational zones. In order to reduce conflict feelings and promote satisfaction, participants' behaviors should be standardized by distinguishing various kinds of participants.
