中藥穴位貼敷法治療脾虛型小兒厭食症之實驗研究

Report of the Plastered Treatment on Acupoints for the Infantile Anorexia of DefIdeneyof the Spleen through Chinese Herbal Medicine

本文介紹應用多層次造模方法建立脾虛型厭食小鼠模型，並採用梁繁榮教授治療小兒厭食證的經驗方製成開胃靈穴位貼敷劑給予模型動物治療，即貼敷中脘穴，同時與針刺法及內服藥物法進行對比實驗。從食暈、體重、小鼠尿D－木糖排泄率、血清澱粉蠕活性、胃排空運動、免疫器官改變及細胞免疫功能等指標來探討該藥的作用機理。結果表明：開胃靈貼敷製劑有增進胃腸道吸收功能，加快胃蠕動、排空作用，並能增進厭食小鼠食量、體重及增強厭食模型小鼠的免疫功能，且療效優於內服藥物及針刺治療。

Having estab1ished the anorectic pauem of deficiency of the Spleen (TCM) m mice though multiple ways, we used the appetizer named kai wei Ling (KWL) which comes tkom professor bang Fanmrong's pcdiatric experienced prescription to treat the pattem ani-mals by applying it on thck CV-12(Zhong wan Xic) acupoints-In the same time wc also established one group of using acupuncmre therapy and another group got oral medicine treatment by contract. At last we tested many items such as food quantities, weights, excremtion rate of D-Xylose in urine, activity determination of smm amylase, void movement of the stomach，altered immune organs, and cell 自 mediated immunity (CMI) in order to End the effects and mechanisms of the medicine(KWL).The results showed that KWL can forcely, incereasc tge absorbing function of the gastrointestinal trace, accelerate stomach peri-staltic, void movement function of the immune systems in the food quantities weights and strengthen the function of the immune systems in the pattern animals. Moreover, the result of KWL is better than oral medium treatment and acupuncture therapy.
