我國基層社會矛盾化解機制研究

我國當前仍處在社會轉型時期，基層社會矛盾紛繁復雜，呈現出類型多樣化、複雜化等諸多特徵。層出不窮的基層社會矛盾，有其深刻的社會成因，單靠司法途徑既不理性，也不現實。客觀上要求正確認識矛盾糾紛類型，科學分析其成因，創新預防與化解機制，為建設法治中國、平安中國提供保障。

At present, China is still in a social transformation period, and its basic social contradictions have many characteristics, such as its multiple forms and diversification. The endlessly emerging grassroots social contradictions have profound social causes, and thus mean they are neither rational nor realistic. Therefore, a correct understanding of disputes, scientific analysis of the causes, and innovation in preventing and resolving mechanisms is necessary for the construction of the rule of law and peace in China.
