「あとつぎ」（事業継承）問題の台日文化比較－－新聞記事のGTA分析を通して

The Comparison of the Problems about Passing Down Family Business in Japan and Taiwan - Using GTA(Grounded Theory Approach)through Newspapers

グローバル化の時代、世代間の価値観も激しく移り変わる中で、ファミリー企業の「あとつぎ」問題が大きな課題として浮かび上がってきている。同じく儒教の影響を受けている台湾と日本社会では、この「あとつぎ」（事業継承）をめぐる様式において、その共通性、あるいは相違性はどのように存在しているのであろうか。この文化現象について、異文化比較の観点からの分析が必要であるように思われる。この観点から、近年の新聞報道記事を対象に検索し、材料をＧＴＡ分析した結果、台日の相違のポイントは、台湾が「血縁（親の愛情）」を重視するのに対して、日本では様々な「工夫」による戦略を重視する点にあることが明らかになった。

In the era of globalization, people's ideas keep changing from generation to generation. How to pass down the enterprise has usually been a big problem for people working on family business. As Japan and Taiwan have been influenced by Confucianism, are there any similar or different points that can be observed in family business in both two places? Then, such cultural phenomena are expected to be analyzed through comparing recent news. The conclusion of the analysis is that Taiwanese usually focus on the bond of family; on the contrary, Japanese usually focus on the strategy to keep family business.
