To Analyze the Structure of Power of　Knowledge Management 一Debating with A. Giddens and Ｍ. Foucault

本文旨在以社會學理論的觀點，進行「知識管理J （knowledge　management )權力結構的解析。首先，引藉紀登斯（Anthony Gi社dens) 的「結構化理論」 論辯知識管理具有一種資源與規則組成的「結構」型式。繼而多經由傅柯（ Michel Foucault)「知識一權力」觀點解析知識管理結構所潛存的「規訓」權力投術的應用，並省思行動者在知識管理權力結構中的「實踐」。最後，對於知識管理的推動與作為， 提出在教育經營與管理的啟示。

This purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of power of knowledge management (KM) from the sociological theory. First of all, demonstrates the KM is a type of structure that was constituted with rules and resources from the “Anthony Giddens Structuration Theeory". Then, analyzes the subsistence of power technique of discipline within the exercise of KM, from the viewpoint t。 “Knowledge îs Power" of Michel Foucau1t, and considers of the practices under the power-structure of KM. Finally, provides the edification to education management to drive KM in school.
