海運供應鏈整合成功因素關聯性之研究

A Study on Integration Success Factors in Maritime Logistics Supply Chain: Examining the Linkages

本文目的在瞭解海運供應鏈成員透過「信任」、「承諾」的建立，如何影響海運供應鏈間「知識分享」，進一步透過「協同合作」進行「風險分擔」，以及「夥伴相容」與信任、承諾對「夥伴評價」的影響，透過因素間的鏈結，將有助整個海運供應鏈的整合。研究結果顯示，當供應鏈夥伴培養信任基礎，才願意付出承諾進行合作，以提升夥伴間知識分享意願。然而，藉由知識分享所進行的協同合作未必能分擔風險，若沒有慎選夥伴，導致夥伴竊取企業資源與扭曲資訊，反而會增加無法分擔的關係風險。因此需慎選具相互信任與承諾之合作夥伴，且選擇在策略目標及資訊系統上具有相容性的夥伴進行合作，才能藉以提昇作業效率以滿足顧客需求，有助於整個供應鏈的整合，減少不必要的成本支出與風險。

This study is to discuss the relationships among trust, commitment, knowledge sharing, collaboration, risk sharing, partner compatibility and partner evaluation in maritime logistics supply chain, through the linkages between the factors will contribute to the whole maritime supply chain integration. From the results of this study, the relationships of the maritime supply chain integration success factors, supply chain partners develop the trust and commitment will enhance knowledge sharing among partners. However, collaboration by knowledge sharing may not be able to share the risk. Because of choosing the partners lack of carefulness, resulting in the partners to theft the enterprise resources, technology and distorted information that will increase the risk of relationship. Therefore, the relationships of mutual trust, commitment and compatibility between partners are necessarily which can promote operational efficiency in order to meet the customer needs. That will contribute to the integration of the whole supply chain and reduce unnecessary cost and risk.
