The purpose of this study was to explore the interpretation effect and system quality of the Yangmingshan National Park interpretation application, with the focus on how it influences a user’s satisfaction, perception, attitude, and intention. An onsite survey was conducted and 260 effective questionnaires were collected. Results showed that the experience withthe interpretation application as the interpretation media received a good evaluation from users. Using path analysis, the study demonstrated that interpretation effect and system quality would positively influence a user’s satisfaction with contents and the system, respectively. Further, this satisfactionwould have positive effects on the perceived usefulness and ease of use, whichwould further influence a user’s attitude toward utilization of the system. Ultimately, attitude and perceived usefulness influenced a user’s intention tooperate the system. |
