With confluence approaches, this study, from the aspect of three levels, discussed the effects of school (school innovation climate), teachers (creativity teaching), and students (motivation) on the performance of creativity through hierarchical linear model. This study used the self-developed scale and creativity test, and haved questionnaire analyses on 43 schools with 333 teachers and 3,330 students. Four conclusions were drawn: First, the internal motivation of students, the creative skills of teachers, and the encouragement from the principal to the creativity of students presented direct effects on student creativity; second, creative skills played various moderation effects on internal and external motivation and the performance of creativity, third, the encouragement from the school to teachers' creative instructions appeared direct influence, and fourth, the encouragement from the principal, sufficient resources, and learning to grow played important roles in moderation effects. |
