國小學校品德教育環境、教師品德教育信念與品德教育行為之研究：以臺東縣為例

A Study on the Relationship among School Environment, Teaching Belief and Teaching Behavior of Character Education in Elementary School : Talking Taitung County as Example

本研究旨在探討臺東縣國小學校品德教育環境、教師品德教育信念與教師品德教育行為的現況、差異情形與三者間的關係。以自編之「影響國小教師品德教育行為表現問卷」進行問卷調查（N=322，有效回收率85%）。資料分析採用描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、項目分析、因素分析與結構方程式。研究發現：1.學校品德教育環境、教師品德教育信念與行為的現況良好；2.大武區、有品德教育研習經驗、30歲以下之教師覺得學校品德教育環境較佳；3.年長、有品德教育研習經驗的教師有較高的品德教育信念；4.資深、有品德教育研習經驗的教師有
