國民小學教育品質理論層面建構與實證分析之研究

Constructing the Theoretical Dimensions of Educational Quality and Empirical Analysis for Elementary Schools

本研究旨在建構國民小學教育品質理論層面及其在當前教育現況之探究。本研究首先融入學校教育事務與教育品質觀點來建構國民小學教育品質理論層面，並透過結構方程模式（SEM）進行驗證性因素分析，考驗理論層面之適配度；其次，將所建構之教育品質理論層面進行問卷編製，以問卷調查方式進行教育品質內涵重要性之探討。本研究調查對象為國民小學學校人員，共寄出問卷1596份，有效問卷1123份，問卷回收可用率70.36%。研究發現為：一、教育品質理論層面共有行政管理、課程教學、人力素質、學習輔導、環境設備、研究發展、顧客導向等7個
