公安機關形式執法公開問題研究

通過15年的改革和發展，我國已經形成了刑事執法資訊公開的原則、範圍、內容、方式、實現、主體和監督救濟管道等相對相對完備的實施機制。但因為公安機關長期以來並沒有資訊公開的傳統，要從神秘走向公開，還需要健全實施策略，改革公安機關資訊公開法規的可操作性、公開則忍的強制性、向公眾公開的廣泛性、公民知情權的可救濟性。

Trought 15 years of reform and development, China has already formed a series of complete implementation mechanisms, such as principles, scope, content, ways, time limits, main bodies, as well as the suprivision and relief channels of criminal law enforcement information disclosure. However, since public security organs have never been a tradition of information sidclosure, ew need to improve the strategy for implementation, reform the maneuverability of information disclosure regulations in public security organs, amend mandatory public responsibility, modify the extensiveness of the general public and improve upon citizens' right to know.
