H7N9流行性感冒病毒簡介

自2013 年2 月起，H7N9 流感病毒在中國大陸造成一波呼吸道感染的重大疫情，而後臺灣也於四月份出現首位境外移入的病例。H7N9 流感病毒目前雖然尚不能在人與人之間有效的傳播，但是否會成為下一波大流行的病原，可能性不容忽視。本文旨在介紹H7N9 流感病毒的來源、流行病學、診斷、預防、治療與感染控制。

H7N9 influenza virus has caused an outbreak of acute respiratory tract infection in China since Feb. 2013. Although H7N9 virus cannot be spread efficiently person-to-person, the possibility that it becomes the etiology of the next pandemic flu cannot be overlooked. We here introduce the origin, epidemiology, diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and infection control of H7N9 influenza virus.
