The Social Interaction of Hemodialysis Patients

長期接受血液透析之末期腎病患者面對疾病症狀與透析後的不平衡症候群，導致病人之身體不適感、調適障礙，造成病人的健康功能與社會互動，受到不等程度的限制，進而導致社交隔離問題。本文主要由社會互動的理論與文獻回顧，探討長期接受血液透析病人社會互動情形，並提出促進血液透析病人正向的社會互動之方法，期能協助護理人員降低血液透析病人社交隔離問題。

End stage renal disease patients receiving long-term hemodialysis encounter the disease symptoms and post dialysis disequilibrium syndrome, causing physical distress, adaptation disorder, and resulting limited patients’ health function, social interaction, and then social isolation. This article addresses by social interaction theory and literature review to explore the status of social interaction in long-term hemodialysis recipients, and suggest the promoting social interaction strategy for hemodialysis recipients. The author expects to help clinical nurses reduce social isolation problems in hemodialysis patients.
