The multi-level marketing business shows a significant change in directly selling market in Taiwan. From the rank of top ten for the sales of direct selling, there are multi-level marketing companies have ranked the list of top ten, a single-level marketing company. It shows the trend that there will have a continuous and prosperous growth in multi-level marketing business in Taiwan's direct selling market. This study is a causal research in establishing hypotheses to the relations between service delivery system and company operational performance, and in developing questionnaire for data collection from all multi-level marketing companies. This study extracts 4 aspects-Product, Distributor, Motivation System for Distributors and Company Physical Support System and Management as key composition of service delivery system of multi-level marketing company in Taiwan and analyze the relationship between company operational performance and each of 4 aspects. |
