Dynamic Optimal Expansion for Fuzzy Competence Sets of Multi-stage Multi-objective Planning

Competence set expansion means expanding the competence set of problem-solving for high efficiency under the time limit. This paper presents a dynamic programming model for competence set expansion of multistage multi-objective planning under a fuzzy environment. In each stage of this dynamic programming, multi-objective problems of traveling sales persons for maximizing efficiency and minimizing time of compentence set expansion an considered. This model is suitable for solving a problem with an asymmetric fuzzy multi-objective problem of competence set expansion.
