針對核心競爭力議題的研究,多是以個人職能或組織能耐為其立論基礎,組織能耐則為企業競爭力的主要直接來源。過去針對組織能耐的研究多為脈絡式或介面式研究,如探討組織能耐對組織績效影響,或核心職能對組織績效或組織能耐之影響,或是組織能耐與策略配適關係,多以個別屬性或整體觀點探究組織能耐,而少有對組織能耐內容成份的探索,故無法觀其全貌。本研究有別於以往過去研究焦點,利用內容分析法,並以學術期刊與實務文獻為分析對象,針對組織能耐內容成份進行探索,並經由專家調查確認出42項組織能耐成份;為使類別更為清晰明瞭,將內涵相似之組織能耐群組歸類,另命領銜組織能耐名稱,共計16項領銜組織能耐。故本研究目的在於經由嚴謹內容分析的進行步驟與說明,以及信度檢測,提供企業賴以持續競爭之組織能耐內容成份的思考方向。
Studies that focus on the topics of core competence mostly depend on individual functions or organizational capabilities as their argumentation basis, therefore making organizational capabilities become the direct sources of enterprise competitiveness. Most of the past studies with emphasis on organizational capabilities are context or interface based, with discussions on effects of organizational performance on organizational capabilities, or effects of core functions on organizational performance or organizational capabilities, or cooperation relationship between organizational capabilities and strategies. While the majority of studies emphasize organizational capabilities on attributes or comprehensive perspectives, with only a few analyze on the content elements of organizational capabilities, therefore depriving a complete picture of the study. To differentiate from past studies themes, this study applies content analysis method, taking academic journals and practical references as study objects, exploring with emphasis on the content elements of organizational capabilities, in addition to obtaining approval on the 42 content elements of organizational capabilities from specialists; To clarify and make the categories more comprehensible, organizational capabilities are then grouped in categories with similar connotation and renamed as the leading organizational capability titles, resulting in a total of 16 leading categories of organizational capabilities. Therefore, the study objective targets on providing enterprises with a continuous and competitive aspect of content elements of organizational capabilities, through process and interpretation of stringent content analysis, as well as reliability testing. |
