This paper first is centered on the period under the dominance of Jiang Ze-min and Hu Jin-tao. To analyzing China’s economic decision-making system, I will focus on two dimensions: decision-making institutions and the time of decision-making conference. Without charismatic leaders like Mao Tse-tung and Deng Xiao-ping, making decisions of policies depends on the operation of decision-making system (at least on the surface) instead of arbitrariness, so I could observe China’s economic decision-making institutions form the aspect of system operation. And then, I will try to analyze the problems of China’s economic decision-making process and point out the challenges of China’s future economic policies.Concentrated on financial and economic policies, this paper then tries to analyze the validity of China’s economic policies. At the same time, I will deal with the difficulties of the interactions and negotiation between different departments of the government and between the central and the local. These difficulties are actually theobstacles of practicing dynamic adjustment of overall economic policies. |
